1975 January. The Colonial Park woods was a marvelous playground for us kids, especially in the deep snow of Winter. The Lower Rouge River flowed eastbound to the Detroit River, parallel to Michigan Avenue at the pictured spot. This scene was shot about a hundred yards west of Inkster Road, looking westward from the north bank of the river.
