Entries, filled out by her mother, Artie, from her "The Book of Baby Mine" show Trudy's birth on April 3, weight of 7 lbs and 3/4 oz, and that it was a Wednesday, "60 minutes past 2" even though the birth certificate states the time of birth at 2:45 p.m.
It also says that Trudy was named for her Aunt Gertie. "The first part of my name was named for Aunt Gertie. Grandma put the latter part to it. So here it is, Gertrude Imogene."
The Book of Baby Mine was a 92 page book published by Baby Mine Company, Grand Rapids, Michigan, verse and decorations by Melcena Burns Denny, copyright 1915; it contains advice helpful to new mothers and has fill-in-the-blank entries of baby's firsts, like first photograph, first outing, first Easter, etc.

The cause of death is listed as "acute myocardial infarction." Her body was interred 7/15/1996 in Rest Haven Memorial Park, Evendale, Ohio. She was "buried" even though the Death Certificate, # 003121, states "Cremation.
Gertrude married Joseph WAMBACH Jr., son of Joseph WAMBACH Sr. and Margaret AUGUSTINE, on 2 Sep 1950 in Cincinnati, OH. (Joseph WAMBACH Jr. was born on 25 Mar 1928 in Cincinnati, OH and died on 17 Dec 2005 in Florence, Kentucky, St. Luke's Hospital West.)
