Here is a document from the city of Scranton, PA's Mayor's Office certifying the United States citizenship on John McCabe.

John is mentioned in the McCabe family bible on the deaths page: John Henry McCabe, died Nov. 1, 1910
and is buried in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Avoca PA on Nov. 4, 1910, and is found in the 1910 Census.

This citizenship document is further evidence of John and Catherine's emigration from Ireland between
1871 and 1873. Their son James was born in 10 Sep 1871 in Ireland and Bridget was born 18 Aug 1873.
